Returns & Exchanges
To make a return, you can log into your Shopify customer account and click on the item you ordered to start a return.
If easier, you can also email our team with your order number, and we'll send you a return label right away!
We gladly accept returns of new, unused items in their original packaging and with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
For US domestic orders, we also provide a prepaid shipping label as well to facilitate an easy return.
For international orders, we ask that customers make their own shipping arrangements with a trusted carrier of their choice and cover the cost of return shipping.
Instead of a traditional exchange, we encourage you to place a new order for the item you want and then create a return for the original item.
This ensures that we have the new item in stock and can ship it immediately, without having to wait for the prior item to come back to us.
For US orders, returns labels are provided with USPS Ground Advantage.
